By placing an order with Post & Go Mobile, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, as outlined on our Services page. Orders submitted through our website or mobile app serve as your digital consent and acceptance of these terms.
All orders must be submitted through our website or mobile app. Orders placed via phone, text, or email will not be accepted. For general inquiries, our team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, by phone, text, or email.
Unless otherwise specified by the Client with clear notes and/or photos, post placement is at Post & Go Mobile’s discretion. If reinstallation is required due to missing, unclear, or incorrect instructions, additional service fees will apply.
All signposts, brochure boxes, riders, and accessories provided or installed by Post & Go Mobile remain the property of Post & Go Mobile. Equipment is non-transferable between listings, agents, or clients. Clients, Buyers, and Sellers are not permitted to move, remove, or alter equipment.
Each post is designated for a single listing only. Multi-unit or additional listings require a separate order.
Clients are responsible for all equipment from installation until removal. Lost or damaged equipment will be billed at replacement cost. This applies to all property types, including foreclosures, REOs, and short sales. Clients are encouraged to schedule removals before foreclosure or transfer dates to avoid unrecovered equipment charges.
The standard rental term is six (6) months. If no removal or renewal is ordered, Post & Go Mobile reserves the right to remove equipment on the 181st day at 5:00 PM without further notice. Renewals may be requested in 30-day increments at the standard monthly rate.
Accepted on a case-by-case basis at Post & Go Mobile’s discretion
We make every effort to accommodate updates. If an installer is already en route, changes may cause delays or additional charges. For urgent updates, Clients should contact the installer directly.
If a sprinkler system is damaged during installation and reported immediately, Post & Go Mobile will cover professional repair costs. Clients must notify us promptly. Repairs completed without notice are not eligible for reimbursement.
Order confirmations and status updates are sent via our automated system. Clients are responsible for monitoring these communications. Completion photos are provided automatically. Additional follow-up calls are not made outside the automated system.
Clients must arrange access in advance. If installers are delayed or denied entry, additional travel fees will apply.
For temporary listing withdrawals, posts may remain onsite for up to 30 days. After 30 days, Post & Go Mobile may remove equipment. A new order is required for reinstallation. Clients remain responsible for unrecovered posts during the hold.
Clients are responsible for keeping contact, brokerage, and branding details current. Post & Go Mobile is not responsible for delays, miscommunications, or branding errors caused by outdated or inaccurate information.
Clients must ensure that property access is safe, free of hazards, and compliant with HOA or landlord restrictions. Post & Go Mobile will not assume liability for unsafe site conditions.
Only Post & Go Mobile staff may install, move, or remove equipment. Clients may attach or remove their own marketing materials, provided no damage occurs. Do not hammer, drill, or alter Post & Go Mobile equipment.
Post & Go Mobile reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion
All orders must be pre-paid at booking through our website or mobile app. Services will not be scheduled until payment is received. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Stripe, Square, and PayPal.
Refunds apply only to service fees when work is not completed. Rush fees, mileage charges, and travel fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Although services are prepaid, in the event of chargebacks or failed payments, Clients remain responsible for all balances due, including recovery costs and attorney’s fees.
Post & Go Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, commissions, or marketing delays. Liability for claims related to installation is limited to direct repair or replacement of Post & Go Mobile equipment.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Post & Go Mobile, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the use, placement, or condition of our equipment and services.
Post & Go Mobile maintains general liability insurance for service-related activities. This insurance does not cover client-owned signage, property, or third-party claims unrelated to our equipment or installation.
Post & Go Mobile is not responsible for outages or failures of third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal, web hosting, mobile app) that may aƯect ordering, payment, or communication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles or Orange County, California.
Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Post & Go Mobile is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or disruptions in transportation or communication.
Photos taken for installation/removal confirmation are the property of Post & Go Mobile. These photos may be used for recordkeeping and client communication. With client consent (via checkbox acknowledgment on the order form), select images may also be used for internal training or marketing. Photos are stored securely and used only for official purposes with explicit client consent.
